This coffee is one of the agriculture products traditionally grown by the native Lombok, Sasak tribe, at the hills of Mount Rinjani, Indonesia’s second highest peak. Their best coffee region is situated in Northern region due to its geography and climate. Sasak tribe serves coffee during their traditional ceremonies as well. Look for bright notes and darker flavour with hints of spices and wood.

Serving suggestion: best for drip coffee brewing @ 18 gr/cup.
